Annual Report (Session 2025–26)
The academic session 2025–26 was a year of remarkable achievements, holistic development, and continuous progress for our school. With a steadfast commitment to academic excellence, character building, and the all-round development of every learner, the school provided numerous opportunities for students to excel in academics, sports, co-curricular activities, and skill-based education.
Academic Excellence
The school recorded an outstanding performance in the Board Examinations. A significant number of students secured 90% and above in various subjects, reflecting the dedication of the students, the unwavering support of their parents, and the tireless efforts of the teaching faculty. The excellent results reaffirm the school’s commitment to providing quality education and fostering academic excellence.
Our students also participated enthusiastically in the Mathematics Olympiad, achieving commendable results and showcasing their analytical and problem-solving abilities. They further participated in Religious Examinations, demonstrating not only academic competence but also a strong foundation in moral and ethical values.
A moment of immense pride for the school came when Angadvir Singh secured First Position in the Inter-School Declamation Competition held at S.L. Bhavan School, Amritsar, competing against participants from nearly 30 reputed schools. This remarkable achievement highlighted the school’s emphasis on developing confidence, effective communication, and leadership qualities among students.
Holistic Education and Skill Development
The school firmly believes in nurturing well-rounded individuals. Special emphasis is laid on developing students’ communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, enabling them to express themselves confidently and effectively in all three languages.
To promote creativity and cultural appreciation, students attended regular Music Education classes throughout the session, where they explored and enhanced their musical talents.
Keeping pace with the changing educational landscape and the vision of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the school successfully implemented Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Skill Education as integral components of the curriculum. These programmes equipped students with critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, digital literacy, creativity, and other essential skills required for the future.
Co-curricular Activities
The school organized a wide range of literary and co-curricular competitions to encourage creativity, self-expression, and healthy competition among students. These included Speech Competition, Poem Recitation, Essay Writing, Handwriting Competition, and Reading
Competition. Such activities provide students with opportunities to develop confidence, communication skills, creativity, and leadership qualities beyond the classroom.
Sports and Physical Education
The school continued to promote physical fitness, discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship by providing students with ample opportunities to participate in a wide range of sporting activities. Throughout the academic session, students actively represented the school in various Zonal, State-level, and Inter-school sports competitions, bringing laurels to the institution.
Our students participated in events such as Tug of War, Football, Badminton, and several other athletic competitions, delivering commendable performances. They secured excellent positions at the Zonal Level and demonstrated remarkable determination, teamwork, and competitive spirit throughout the tournaments.
The school also organized its Annual Sports Meet with great enthusiasm, featuring a variety of athletic events, including running races, relay races, frog races, and other track and field competitions. The event encouraged every student to participate actively and promoted the values of discipline, perseverance, and healthy competition.
The Sports Meet was graced by Mr. Simranjeet Singh, an accomplished hockey player who has represented India at the National and International levels, as the Chief Guest. His inspiring address and interaction with the students motivated young athletes to pursue excellence in sports with dedication, discipline, and confidence.
The school remains committed to nurturing sporting talent and providing students with opportunities to excel at higher levels of competition while fostering a healthy and active lifestyle.
Teacher Development and Recognition
The school strongly encourages continuous professional development of its faculty. During the session, teachers actively participated in numerous online and offline training programmes, workshops, and capacity-building initiatives to enhance their teaching competencies and stay updated with modern educational practices.
Faculty members also attended specialized workshops on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and technology-enabled teaching methodologies, enabling them to integrate innovative teaching strategies into classroom instruction and provide enriched learning experiences for students.
The school takes immense pride in the achievement of Mrs. Harpreet Kaur, who was honoured with the Best Teacher Award in recognition of her dedication, commitment, and outstanding contribution to the field of education.
